Chief Executive Officer

Ms McMahon has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, she has built a distinguished career in business leadership, delivering safe and sustainable operations, strategy development and implementation, financial management, business development, and risk management.

Before joining PAE, Shiva led the International Operations organization at Woodside Energy.  In this role, she managed operations across Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, and Senegal. Her tenure at Woodside followed its merger with BHP Petroleum, where she led the Australian Petroleum business.

Managing Director

Mr Palmer has more than 35 years of international geoscience & executive experience, including 10 years with BP and 11 years with BHP. His roles at BHP included Global Portfolio Manager and Exploration Manager for Australasia. His main skills are geoscience, identifying new ventures opportunities, building and managing technical teams, creating in-country positions and finding & commercialising oil and gas resources.

Mr Palmer has been instrumental in the growth of PAE and managing the associated work programs over the past four years.

Executive Director

Mr Brown has over 35 years of international geoscience and executive experience gathered working hundreds of projects all over the world including 17 years with BP, 3 years with Woodside, as a Shell Global Consultant and with several smaller companies. He specialises in opening up new and emerging geographies and is a founder of Petro Australis.

Executive Director — Operations

Mr Lawrence has 17 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr Lawrence worked with Apache Energy for over eight years, performing roles in drilling engineering, reservoir engineering, project development and commercial management. For the past nine years, Mr Lawrence has been exploring new venture oil and gas opportunities with ASX listed companies as either the Managing Director or Non-Executive Director.

Mr Lawrence has been instrumental in the growth of PAE and managing the associated work programs over the past four years.

Chief Financial Officer

Ms Moss is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the resources sector in Australia and overseas. For the past 10 years Ms Moss has performed the role of CFO with ASX listed companies, Grand Gulf Energy Limited and TMK Energy Limited. Ms Moss has also performed the role as Company Secretary for TMK Energy during this time.
