Our Team

The PAE team is made up of highly capable and experienced industry professionals, drawn from the fields of geosciences, engineering and operations, with a proven track record of success. With a strong in-country presence since 2018, PAE has established teams in Cuba and Canada. Having appointed experienced Canadian engineering, drilling and fracking managers, the technical and operations team are able to relocate from Canada to Cuba as required, with the In-country Manager and Finance Manager both based in Cuba full-time.

    Experienced business and external affairs manager in the oil and gas sector, specifically in Mexico and Cuba. Lucio has been based in Cuba since PAE commenced operations in 2019, and has developed a valuable in-country presence through his proactive and collaborative approach.
